Gerard (Gerry) Flynn MPSI

Lenaboy, Carrowhubbuck, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo and formerly of The Square, Claremorris - peacefully at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin.

 

Pre-deceased by his parents Seán and Agnes Flynn, Ardnaree, Ballina; his brother, Jimmy and sister; Mary.

 

Beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Jimmy (Claremorris), Kealan (Galway), Éadaoin (Enniscrone), Garrett (Claremorris) and Aghna (Claremorris).

 

Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, sister, Collette Shovlin (Donegal Town); daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, Siobhan Judge and Anna Fitzgerald; nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in peace.

 

Gerard (Gerry) will lay in repose at McGowan’s funeral home, Ballina on Sunday evening from 5pm until 6.30pm for family and friends.

Funeral cortége will leave his residence on Monday morning at 10.30am to arrive to The Church of Our Lady Assumed Into Heaven, Enniscrone, for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium arriving for 4pm.

Funeral cortége will stop at The Square, Claremorris enroute to Shannon Crematorium at 1.45pm approx.
