The Jack Lam Appeal

This morning, Thursday 12^th Jan, Martin O Sullivan was a guest on the Tommy Marren Show speaking about the Jack Lam appeal, to urge people to donate to the cause.

Three-year-old Jack Lam is suffering from a cancer called Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, which was diagnosed when he was just two years old.

So far, baby Jack has undergone chemotherapy and a risk surgery to remove a tumour from his adrenal gland, which spread to his bones and bone marrow.  Jack is currently completing follow up chemotherapy.  In a couple of weeks he will have to undergo a stem cell transplant, which will be followed by weeks of radiation and antibodies therapy.
