Ballyhaunis boxer John Waldron lost out narrowly in his Irish Title Fight overnight in Liverpool. The clash with Westmeath's Paddy McDonagh went the distance but John lost out on points. However reports suggest that John gave a superb performance and showed great confidence in the fight.
