Community Saddened by the death of Frank Kelly

The community of East Mayo is saddened by the death of Frank Kelly of Brusna Ballaghaderreen.
Frank died earlier this week after a long illness.
He was a prominent GAA and community activist and an accomplished player for Ballaghaderreen and UK clubs. He led Ballaghaderreen to a county title as part of their management team in 2008.
He also coached ladies football.
Former Mayo, Leitrim and Galway football manager, Ballaghaderreen based John O’Mahony this morning described Frank as a huge loss to his family and the local community.
His remains will be reposing at the Kilgarriff Funeral Home, Ballaghaderreen tomorrow (Thursday) evening from 4.30 until 7.30pm
The funeral will arrive to the Church of Saints John the Baptist and Colman, Derrinacartha on Friday morning at 11.45am for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 o’clock followed by burial in Kilcolman Cemetery, Ballaghaderreen.
