Lake District Athletic Club had an amazing weekend at the National Championship in Tullamore taking home 4 all Ireland medals in the Javelin Competition.  This club is one of the most successful in the country at this event.  Sean Cusack won Gold in the Under 14 competition, Oisin Joyce won silver and Diarmuid Duffy Bronze in the Under 13 and Fionn Sheridan won silver in the Under 12 with lots more athletes getting Personal Bests

And Ciara McHugh Murphy of Claremorris AC took gold in the U16 Javeline.
