Both Ballyglass and Castlebar Celtic are through to the Semi-Finals of the FAI Umbro Women's Intermediate Cup following their respective Quarter Finals wins this afternoon.

Ballyglass travelled to Cork to take on Douglas and defeated them on a 2-0 scoreline. Karen Lilly with the opener and Cora Staunton with the second goal.

Castlebar Celtic were in Athlone today and overcame Beal na Muille on a 2-0 scoreline also.

Avril Kilkelly got the first goal for Celtic with Emma Mullin scoring the second and her 35th goal of the season. The draw for the semi-finals has yet to be made.
