Castlebar Mitchels have announced a 4G pitch development project.

Over the past 12 months Castlebar Mitchels has been working at producing a Strategic Plan for the next 5 years. The club engaged in an extensive consultative process with their members on the future priorities of the club, which are contained in the Club’s Strategic Plan 2017-2021.

One of the many findings from the process was the need for an all year round, floodlit, training and playing facility. In response the club has embarked on building a floodlit 4G Astro pitch on their grounds.

The new 4G Astro Turf Pitch will be a once off capital project. In order to finance the project, the club has to raise fund and they are asking supporters to contribute a minimum of €120 each to the development fund.

You can make a one off payment of €120 or choose a second option of 10 €12 monthly payments.

By committing to the payment, you will also be entered into the Mayo County Board Draw.

Over 90% of the €120 contribution will go directly to fundraising for this 4G pitch.
