Blacksod's Eddie Maguire is just back from his World Championship adventure in Japan. In what was an incredible 10 days, the former school teacher, defied the odds in an elite 84 person field to finish in a tie for 4th in the Japanese Open.

Next up was the World Championship, where Eddie finished a career high 6th and is now int he World Top 10,which will get him invitations into other major events including Europe v USA in Italy next year. The two championships were covered by Fox TV Sports.
