Ballyhaunis and Tooreen to meet again next Sunday in Mayo senior hurling final replay

The Mayo Senior Hurling Final replay between Ballyhaunis and Tooreen has been fixed for next Sunday in Ballyhaunis, with a 1pm throw-in.
The two sides will meet again next weekend after playing out a draw yesterday in Tooreen- the final score was Tooreeen 1-15, Ballyhaunis 2-12.
Westport and Shrule/ Glencorrib will also have a replay this week, after their Intermediate Football Championship semi-final on Saturday ended with 1-8 apiece.
The replay is scheduled for Wednesday evening at 8pm at Elvery’s MacHale Park, Castlebar.
The other semi-final saw Kiltimagh defeating Burrishoole by 1-12 to 2-8.
Looking ahead then to next Saturday, and reigning county champions Castlebar Mitchels will take on Knockmore in the Mayo Senior Football final at Elvery’s MacHale Park – that throws-in at 7.15.
Castlebar were comfortable winners over Ballintubber yesterday on a final scoreline of 1-11 to 1-5, while Knockmore recorded a 2-point win over Breaffy.
