The European Karate Federation finals were held in Montpellier France last week. 46 nations took part over the three day event. 9 competitors represented ONAKI the NGB for karate in Ireland and once again Swinford`s Aaron Mc Loughlin had another top 10 finish only losing out on  referee`s decision after drawing 1-1 with Turkey one of the elite karate nations in the World. Aaron is having a short break and will be back training  next week for upcoming events later in the year.
