Goalkeeper Micheal Schlingermann became the first new addition to the Sligo Rovers squad by new manager Dave Robertson. 

The 2015 PFAI keeper of the year and Kiltimagh native comes from Drogheda United and puts pen to paper at The Showgrounds.

Schlingermann started his career with Rovers six years ago making one first team appearance against Bohemians.
