Beaten All-Ireland finalists Galway have received 12 GAA/GPA All-Star hurling nominations.
The list has been revealed this morning.
Goalkeeper Colm Callanan, defenders Daithi Burke, Johnny Coen, Iarla Tannion, Padraig Mannion, midfielders Andrew Smith and David Burke and forwards Cathal Mannion, Jason Flynn, Jonathan Glynn, Joe Canning and Conor Whelan have all been shortlisted.
Jason Flynn and Cathal Mannion have also been shortlisted for Young Player of the Year.
All-Ireland champions Kilkenny also have 12 nominations, while Waterford have 11.
All of the award winners will be presented with their prizes on November 6th at the National Convention Centre in Dublin.
