Killeen sports grounds have worked on the Pitch in Milebush for a number of years and the fruits of their labour are there for all to see with the exceptional playing surface available to all who grace it with their skills

The Mayo League encourage all clubs to make full use of the expertise and experience of Peter Killeen and his dedicated team

In addition to working closely with the League on our Flagship pitch Killeen Sports Grounds are the Sponsor of one of most prestigious and long standing cup competition the “Tonra Cup’’

The Business is owned and operated by Peter Killeen, a member of a well-known Claremorris, Co. Mayo, agricultural and business family.

A keen sportsman, Peter is a member of Claremorris Golf Club. He has built up a reputation for maintaining sports grounds to an extremely high quality.

Peter has a wealth of sports ground maintenance experience. He works closely with leading Agronomists, and also stays on top of the latest innovations in terms of machinery, fertilisation, and soil.
