Sligo Rovers suffered their first defeat of the season on the first leg of the Setanta Sports Cup semi-finals last night, as Drogheda United upset the league leaders by 2 goals to nil.
Goals from Gary O'Neill and David Cassidy have given Drogheda a commanding first-leg lead to take with them to the Showgrounds.
In the other semi-final, Shamrock Rovers and Cork City played-out a 1-all draw in the first leg of their tie at the Tallaght Stadium.
