Kildare trainer Michael Halford and young Westport rider Conor Hoban have been warmed up over the winter by teaming up with numerous Dundalk winners and it could pay to follow the pair in the €20,000 Crowne Plaza Race & Stay Package Handicap at 8.15pm, the feature of Friday night's action at Ireland's only all-weather venue.

Halford and Hoban team up with Regulation in their attempt to claim the lucrative pot and, given how impressive he was when landing a Curragh maiden last June, he should go close to resuming winning ways. It's a competitive contest however and he faces eight opponents, all of whom have chances, with the Pat Flynn-trained Brog Deas among his principle dangers with Joseph O'Brien booked to ride.

The action at Dundalk begins at 6.15pm and there are seven races to be enjoyed.
