Connacht back row and two time Heineken cup winner Johnny O'Connor has announced his retirement.
The 33-year-old Galway native earned his first contract with Connacht in 2000 before a four-year stint with London Wasps.
O’Connor - who earned 12 Ireland caps - says he's happy with his decision following 14 years playing professionally, adding his body is telling him that it's time to walk away.
