Mayo Co-Driver Killian Duffy from Crossmolina has claimed yet another fantanstic result in an International Rally this morning.

It was podium joy for Duffy and Qatri driver Abdulaziz Al Kuwari as they brough their Seashore Qatar Rally Team, Ford Fiesta home in a superb third place overall in the Kuwait International Rally.

The two day event, which was round two of this years FIA Middle East Rally Rally Championships, took place over 12 fast challenging stages sweeping through Kuwait's southern sand flats.

Duffy and Al Kuwari overcame two slow punctures on day 1 to end the day in third place over all, behind WRC Rally regulars, Qatar's Nasser Al Attiyah and UAE's Sheikh Khalid Al Qassimi. That was how day two finished up with all three drivers holding on to their previous overnights positions.
