Olympic gold medallist Katie Taylor will fight an old rival in the Royal Theatre in Castlebar next month.
Katie was in Castlebar yesterday to announce details of the event, which takes place on Sunday 24th March, hosted by Geesala Boxing Club and promoted by Brian Peters.
Fresh from two victories in Dublin over the weekend, the Bray boxer will take on Bulgarian Denista Eliseeva– who’s the last boxer to have beaten Katie Taylor, following a controversial points win in her native Bulgaria in 2011.
