St Anne's boxer Ray Moylette is through to the semi-finals of Elite National Boxing Championships following a win in the opening round last night. Ray put a frustrating 10 months of injuries behind him by recording a 14-7 win over Galway's Patrick Morgan. 

Moylette took all three rounds in the contest. 

Claremorris' Michael Mullaney lost out to Patrick Corcoran in his bout on a 14-5 scoreline.
