St Brendan’s College Belmullet has won an All-Ireland title.

The Belmullet team defeated Ramsgrange Community School of New Ross, Wexford in the UMBRO FAI Schools Senior B Girls All-Ireland Final this afternoon in Athlone by two goals to one.

Kayleigh Winters and Michelle Doherty scored the goals for St Brendan’s in the first half, with Ramsgrange scoring just before half-time, but the Erris girls held onto their lead through the second half, emerging All-Ireland winners.
