Diocesan Changes Announced for Achonry

The Bishop of Achonry, Dr Brendan Kelly has announced a number of diocesan changes effective from Saturday, September 1st.
They include:
Fr Gregory Hannan, PP Ballymote is to become the curate in Ballymote
Fr. Patrick Lynch, PP in Tubbercurry is retiring and will be Pastor Emeritus
Fr. Martin Jennings, PP Curry to be the PP in Tubbercurry
Fr. Leo Henry, St Nathy’s College to be the PP in Curry
Fr James McDonagh, curate in Ballymote, to become PP in Ballymote.
Fr. Gerard Davey, curate in Foxford to become the curate in Swinford.
Fr. Derek Gormally, curate in Swinford to go on sabbatical/study leave for one year
