10 new retail jobs to be created in Castlebar on Friday

10 new retail jobs are to be created with the opening of Meadows and Byrne at Horkans Lifestyle and Garden Centre in Castlebar on Friday.
It was announced about two weeks ago that Meadows and Byrne, along with sister brands Blarney Woollen Mills and Farrell and Brown were preparing to take over a 3,500 sq ft retail space within Horkans in Turlough, Castlebar.
It has now been confirmed that they have recruited 10 new staff members to run and operate the centre.
It brings to over 50 the number of people employed at Horkans in Castlebar.
