Hearse Stolen in Ballina Yesterday Morning

A hearse was taken from outside McGowan’s Funeral Home in Ballina yesterday morning.
The silver hearse was stolen at about 7am and was later found crashed into a telegraph pole in the town.
The vehicle was extensively damaged.
Gardai are investigating the incident. The driver of the stolen vehicle would have been fortunate to escape injury in the collision.
