The Sinn Fein leader Gerry Adams will be in Castlebar this Friday to launch the party’s Rural Ireland campaign.
Sinn Fein has chosen the Taoiseach’s hometown to launch its new campaign, which focuses on protecting rural schools, creating job opportunities in rural Ireland, ensuring equal access to health services, and not imposing unjust household charges.
Deputy Martin Ferris and Connemara-based Senator Trevor O’Clochartagh will joi the party president at the Harlequin Hotel in Castlebar at 11 am on Friday morning for the launch of the campaign, and an open forum.
