33-year-old man appears in court in Ballinasloe

A 33 year old man has appeared in court in Ballinasloe this morning charged with assault causing harm.
John Lynch of 39 Churchview, Boyle came before Judge Jeffery Brown charged with assaulting a woman at his home address on the 3rd of October.
He was remanded in custody to Castlerea prison and is due before Boyle District Court on the 20th of October.
