Fire services tackle fires at business premises in Frenchpark and Charlestown

Fire services attended a fire at a business near Frenchpark in Co Roscommon on Saturday night, and into the early hours of Sunday morning.
Boyle and Ballaghadereen fire services tackled the blaze at a plant hire business at Mullen near Frenchpark.
The blaze is believed to have caused thousands of euro worth of damage to the premises and to the plant and machinery.
One man was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation – and was later discharged.
Gardai are investigating the cause of the blaze but it is not thought to be suspicious.
Meanwhile, two units of the Mayo fire service attended a fire at a business premises in Charlestown on Sunday night.
The fire broke out in Caseys hardware store.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
