CEO of Western Alzheimer's says sod-turning on works at Marian House Respite Home in Ballindine is culmination of years of hard work
The CEO of Western Alzheimer’s says the sod turning on reconfiguration works to Marian House Respite Home in Ballindine today is the culmination of years of hard work.
Pat Holmes explained that the works, which will get underway inside the next two weeks, are required to bring the home in line with HIQA standards and involve the addition of five new en suite bedrooms and the refurbishment of existing rooms.
He says the works will further enhance the experience of residents who enjoy person centred care, based on respect, dignity and best practice standards.
Western Alzheimer’s provides 100,000 hours of care in Marian House in Ballindine annually.
