30-year-old in a critical condition in hospital following collision in Galway

A 30 year old man is in a critical condition in hospital following a collision in Galway.

The pedestrian was struck by a car at Bushy Park on the Moycullen Road at 1.40am this morning.

A forensic examination of the scene is taking place and the road remains closed.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them at Galway Garda Station on 091-538000.
