Man dies following motorcycle collision in Killala

A 39 year old man has been killed in a motorbike crash in Co. Mayo.

The man died when the motorbike he was driving collided with a wall on the Shore Road, in Killala at around 8 o'clock last night.

The road has reopened following a Garda forensic examination of the scene.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
