Ireland West Airport Knock on track to record busiest year ever
- Details

Over 360,000 passengers travelled through Ireland West Airport Knock between June and October this year, representing a 10% increase on last Summer’s figures.
Passenger numbers using the airport’s 9 UK services rose by 14% this Summer- mainly due to new services added by Flybe to both Birmingham and Edinburgh, while services to and from European sun and city-break destinations continued to grow.
The Mayo airport now serves 22 international destinations and is served by three airlines – Aer Lingus, Ryanair and Flybe.
Ireland West Airport Knock is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and is on track to record the busiest year ever, with annual passenger numbers set to exceed 720,000 in 2016.
