Over 360,000 passengers travelled through Ireland West Airport Knock between June and October this year, representing a 10% increase on last Summer’s figures.

Passenger numbers using the airport’s 9 UK services rose by 14% this Summer- mainly due to new services added by Flybe to both Birmingham and Edinburgh, while services to and from European sun and city-break destinations continued to grow.

The Mayo airport now serves 22 international destinations and is served by three airlines – Aer Lingus, Ryanair and Flybe.

Ireland West Airport Knock is celebrating its 30^th anniversary this year, and is on track to record the busiest year ever, with annual passenger numbers set to exceed 720,000 in 2016.
