Two men appearing in court this morning charged with a spate of burglaries in Mayo, Galway and Roscommon

Two men are appearing at Galway district court this morning following a spate of burglaries in the Mayo, Roscommon and Galway areas over the past number of days.
Both men are well known to Gardai and are in their early 30’s.
Gardai say a caravan was reported stolen over the weekend in the Kiltimagh area and has since been recovered.
As a result of this investigation, two men were arrested in the area around midnight on Sunday.
Since their arrest, further details have come to light about other incidents and the men were questioned about a number of burglaries in the East Mayo area, including incidents in Kiltimagh and Foxford since Friday last.
