Gardai in Westport are appealing for public assistance to locate a trailer stolen from the Westport Industrial Estate earlier this week.

The aluminium 8x4 Twin Axle trailer with a crate was taken sometime between Tuesday night last and Wednesday morning.

Any information on it whereabouts or if anyone noticed anything suspicious in the area - they are asked to contact Westport Garda Station at 098 25555
