A woman who has been missing from the Cork area since last weekend has been seen in Tuam. 

According to the Tuam Herald 45-year-old Mandy Bermingham was last seen last Saturday at Cork University Hospital.

Mandy's family have recently positively identified her in CCTV footage from an ATM machine in Tuam.

She is said to have withdrawn money from the ATM on Tuesday. 

Her family are hoping she is still in the North Galway area. Mandy is 5ft 2 in height with black hair and blue eyes.

When last seen she was wearing a grey beanie hat, denim dress with dark tights and a grey cardigan. 

Her family believe that Mandy may be trying to make her way to Knock.
