A special delegate conference of the Labour party will this afternoon be asked to rubberstamp entering a coalition Government with Fine Gael.
Eamon Gilmore and Enda Kenny reached a deal just after midnight - following five days of talks.
Compromises have been reached on the mix of spending cuts and tax hikes and when the public finances will be brought back in line with E-U rules.
Some discussion has taken place on the number of Cabinet positions for each party.
