The ninth count in Sligo/North Leitrim sees the election of Fine Gael’s Tony McLoughlin and Sinn Fein’s Michael Colreavy, filling the remaining two seats in this constituency. Tony McLoughlin reached the quota on the ninth count while Michael Colreavy was elected without reaching the quota. Following on from Fine Gael’s John Perry’s election in the eighth count, Fine Gael have taken two of the seats in this constituency while Sinn Fein have taken one.
