Results of Seventh Count in Mayo

Dr. Jerry Cowley of the Labour Party has been eliminated in the seventh count in the Mayo constituency. His 5,899 votes are now being distributed between the remaining candidates. The remaining candidates are Dara Calleary (FF) on 12,222; Michael Kilcoyne (NP) on 6,137; Michelle Mulherin (FG) on 12,162 and John O'Mahony on 11,340. There are three seats remaining in this constituency following the election of Enda Kenny and Michael Ring on the first count.
