Erris Councillor Calls for a One Month Extension to Deadline for AEOS3 Applications

The controversial new change in government policy towards restocking on commonages is causing considerable worry to many commonage farmers.
And according to Erris based Sinn Fein councillor rose Conway Walsh if Minister Coveney would consider extending the deadline for receipt of applications it might go some way to addressing the multitude of issues being raised.
Speaking to Midwest News today the councillor has called on the Minister to extend the deadline for applications to AEOS3 from the end of this month (November 30th) to the end of December.
