Irish Rail proposing to reduce the number of daily services on Sligo-Dublin line

Irish Rail is proposing to reduce the number of daily train services on the Sligo-Dublin line.

The company is proposing to reduce the number of services from 8 to 7 each way daily.

Irish Rail is looking at amalgamating two off-peak services that are currently experiencing low demand.

The company is asking the public for their views and feedback on the draft new timetable, by logging onto their website at www.irishrail.ie
