Leading computer games firm EA is to create 300 new jobs in Galway.

The company says the expansion of its support centre will take the workforce in Galway to 700.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny announced the IDA-backed investment yesterday.

EA makes some of the world’s most popular computer games including the FIFA series, Tiger Woods, The Sims, and Need for Speed.
